As operator of mkbka.hu and data controller, Magyar Ipari Park Holding Zrt. explains in this notice how it handles personal data that comes to its knowledge through the website of the Hungarian–Chinese Investment Roundtable. The Roundtable is an informal, unregistered professional initiative.
Effective from: 1 October 2026. In case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.

Data processed: name, e-mail address, subject and text of the enquiry, time of submission and the sender’s IP address.
Purpose: to answer the enquiry.
Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); for the IP address, legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f)).
Retention: one year after the enquiry is closed.
3. Cookies
The site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function. Statistical or marketing cookies are only set with the explicit consent of the visitor. Visits are counted by our own cookie-free counter.
4. Server logs
The hosting server logs technical data (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for secure operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: up to 30 days.
5. Transfers
We do not pass personal data to third parties unless the data subject has consented or the law requires it. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. The hosting provider, Rackhost Zrt. (Tisza Lajos körút 41, 6722 Szeged, Hungary), acts as data processor.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing, object to processing, exercise your right to data portability and withdraw your consent at any time. Please send your request to info@mkbka.hu; we will reply within one month.
7. Remedies
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, naih.hu) or turn to the courts.
